The rich and flavorsome coffee embodies the vibrant spirit of Molly Malone, the Irish folklore heroine famously immortalized in bronze in Dublin's city center. The legend of Molly dates back to the 17th century when, as the song goes, an attractive young woman sold cockles and mussels on Dublin's cobbled streets - coincidentally around the same time the city's first coffee house opened. Molly's Blend, which consists of 100% Colombian beans roasted to perfection here on the Emerald Isle, pays tribute not only to the city Molly symbolizes, but to the art and tradition of Irish storytelling.
Colombia is one of the top three producers of coffee in the world and the largest producer of washed Arabica coffees. Each year Colombia exports over 13 million bags consuming 2.5 million bags themselves. Colombia only produces washed Arabica coffee. There are three primary varieties grown in Colombia and the coffee is referred to by the region in which it is grown.
Coffee Profile:
- Our blend of coffee produces zesty caramel and chocolate with crisp apple acidity & lime, aromas of cherry & fruit juice.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, reseal the top of the bag and secure with tab or store in an airtight container: two weeks for ground coffee and three months for beans.
Prep Guidelines:
- Grind your coffee beans to suit your coffee maker.
- Add a spoonful or more for a stronger brew.
- Brew for 3-5 minutes, an espresso machine should take 25 seconds to pour.
- Please refer to your machine manufacturer's guidelines for further instructions.

Free U.S. shipping via standard USPS "Ground Advantage" Shipping is offered for all U.S. orders over $100. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days after being placed and should arrive within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday, not including weekends and holidays) after the ship date. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with tracking information once the label has been created. PLEASE NOTE: once a package leaves our store, it is in the hands of the US Postal Service and, while we can give a good estimation, we cannot guarantee an arrival date. We also have no control on the transit route of your package.
USPS "Ground Advantage" Shipping for orders under $100 will cost $8.00 following the same guidelines as above.
USPS Priority Shipping is also an option and is $11.00 for any U.S. order. With the Priority shipping option, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed and should arrive within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday, not including weekends and holidays) after the ship date. If you would like to pick up your order in our store, please select "Store Pickup" from the shipping method when checking out. Orders marked as Store Pickup will be held for one week or as discussed on an individual basis.
Free one-time returns for domestic U.S. online orders only. Returned items must have all tags attached and be in new, unworn, and original condition.
