Care Instructions
While merino wool sweaters are a great choice for their warmth and durability, proper care needs to be taken to protect your wool sweater. All sweaters and wool garments should be gently hand washed with a mild wool detergent. They should then be reshaped by hand and dried flat. If soaked for too long, the wool may shrink and become hard. Alternatively, sweaters can be dry cleaned but always check the label first. You should NEVER machine wash or tumble dry your sweater or any other wool products.
Free U.S. Shipping and Free U.S. Returns
Free Shipping is offered for all orders over $100. With our free shipping option your order will ship USPS First Class Mail to any US address. Your order will ship in 1-3 days after being placed and should arrive within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday, not including weekends and holidays) after the ship date. You will receive an email after placing your order with tracking information. Please note that once a package leaves our store it is in the hands of the US Postal Service and, while we can give a good estimation, we cannot guarantee an arrival date.
Standard Shipping for orders under $100 will cost $7.00 and will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail following the same guidelines as above.
Priority Shipping is also an option and is $11.00 for any U.S. order. With the Priority shipping option your package will be shipped within 1 business day after being placed and should arrive within 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday, not including weekends and holidays) after the ship date. You will receive an email after placing your order with tracking information. Please note that once a package leaves our store it is in the hands of the US Postal Service and, while we can give a good estimation, we cannot guarantee an arrival date.
